Tune ups by our trained technician will include the following:

  1. Visual inspection of weather stripping, springs, pulleys, garage door parts
  2. Lubrication of all wheels and tracks, as well as all moving parts
  3. A spring balance test on your garage door and an adjustment of spring tension if needed
  4. Tightening of fasteners and checking on rollers, bearings, pulleys, and cables
  5. Checking the opener and travel system for excessive wear and tear and making any necessary adjustments
  6. Checking chain or belt tension and making any necessary adjustments
  7. Lubrication of the entire rail system
